Carolina Style Named Best Mid-Sized Chorus in Region
Conover's Carolina Style Chorus Wins Regional Honors
The Carolina Style Chorus of Sweet Adelines International has been named the best mid-sized Sweet Adeline chorus in the region. The region includes North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and parts of Tennessee. This is the first time that Carolina Style has won the mid-sized chorus division in regional competition. Carolina Style also won 3rd place among all the choruses—both large and small—in the region.
The competition was held March 27 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As the regional mid-sized chorus champions, Carolina Style is now in the running to advance to international competition, which will be held in Houston, Texas next year.
